Become a key player in ICT service with COFOMO as an IT Service Support Technician. Provide technical support and uphold service excellence in a dynamic environment.
COFOMO is looking for an IT Service Support Technician with 2-4 years of experience in technical support. Focus on delivering first-contact resolutions and maintain communication with users throughout the support process.
Your role includes analyzing technical issues and training users on systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and manage incidents within service tools
• Offer professional support through multiple communication channels
• Maintain and document workflows and solutions
• Oversee IT equipment lifecycle from assignment to retrieval
• Collaborate on service enhancement projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in technical support or related training
• IT diploma or equivalent certification
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Familiar with ITIL and troubleshooting methodologies
