Senior AI-Enabled Scrum Master

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior AI-Enabled Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery within a fast-paced enterprise technology environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong Scrum leadership with hands‑on experience leveraging AI tools to improve team collaboration, sprint execution, and software delivery.

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, reviews, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Partner with Product Owners and technology teams to drive successful Agile delivery and continuously improve team performance.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini to enhance Agile processes, automate documentation, and improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including development, QA, architecture, infrastructure, and security to support successful project delivery.
• Coach Agile teams on best practices while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards for AI usage, security, and data privacy.

Our client is a leading enterprise organization.

• 8+ years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master leading Agile software development teams.
• Previous hands‑on experience in software development and/or IT Business Analysis.
• Practical experience incorporating AI tools into Agile delivery and team workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe), Design Thinking, Kanban, or Extreme Programming.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and a foundational understanding of MLOps concepts.
