The HR Technology team is seeking a collaborative, organized, and influential professional to support the evolution of its ways of working and the delivery of Workday solutions.

In this hybrid role, the successful candidate will primarily act as a Scrum Master, supporting a team that has recently begun its transition toward Agile practices. The individual will also contribute to project management, initiative prioritization, and the transformation of work organization across the broader HR function, in close collaboration with both business and IT teams.

• Support the HR Technology team in adopting and applying Agile principles, values, and methodologies.
• Plan, facilitate, and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist the team in organizing work, clarifying objectives, and meeting delivery commitments.
• Identify and help remove impediments that impact team progress.
• Foster team autonomy, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guide HR and IT stakeholders in understanding Agile roles, responsibilities, and practices.
• Establish and monitor metrics related to team progress, delivery capacity, and overall effectiveness.
• Continuously evolve Agile practices based on the team's maturity and needs.

• Actively participate in transforming ways of working across the broader HR organization, including both business and IT teams.
• Promote stronger collaboration among HR stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
• Help clarify roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and collaboration mechanisms.
• Identify opportunities to improve working methods and recommend practical, tailored solutions.
• Support teams through change management initiatives related to evolving practices, processes, and tools.
• Promote a culture centered on transparency, collaboration, value delivery, and continuous improvement.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to the HR Technology ecosystem and Workday.
• Monitor project progress and effectively communicate initiative status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities among HR teams, IT teams, vendors, and other key partners.
• Ensure work remains aligned with organizational priorities, operational constraints, and team objectives.
• Contribute to the preparation of communications, presentations, management reports, and decision-making recommendations.

• Contribute to the prioritization of the HR Technology team backlog and requests.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions based on business value, urgency, risk, dependencies, and team capacity.
• Ensure priorities are clearly understood by both the team and stakeholders.
• Participate in validating delivered solutions and evaluating business outcomes.

• Relevant experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, Product Manager, or in a role combining several of these responsibilities within an IT environment.
• Experience with Agile collaboration and management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
• Solid understanding of information systems, technologies, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience supporting teams that are starting or advancing an Agile transformation.
• Knowledge of project management practices, dependency management, and governance frameworks.
• Experience prioritizing requests and initiatives.
• Ability to understand business and technology challenges within an HR environment.
