Reporting to the Manager, D365 Consultant, the Senior ERP Dynamics Finance Functional Consultant is a key member of the Microsoft team. You will play a strategic role in the implementation, optimization, and support of financial processes for our clients, acting as an essential bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure robust ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
As a recognized expert in the Finance module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, you will transform complex business needs into concrete functional solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our clients through all phases of integration projects, from design to go-live, thereby ensuring significant added value and the success of their digital transformation initiatives.
Your mission consists of:
Business Knowledge & Operational Excellence- Analyze client business needs and translate them into precise functional solutions within the D365 F&O Finance module.
- Actively participate in all phases of implementation projects: analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live, ensuring optimal quality.
- Expertly configure and customize the Finance module, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, cash and bank management, and period closing.
- Work closely with technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure solution integration and consistency.
- Act as a key contact point, simplifying technical concepts and maintaining excellent relationships with business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive functional documentation (specifications, user guides, procedures).
- Support and train end-users for successful solution adoption and provide effective post-deployment support.
- Ensure continuous functional and technological watch on new features of the D365 F&O Finance module and contribute to process improvement.
