As an integral part of our team, you will support users by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT applications and devices. Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a field technician. You will work on projects related to technology deployment and equipment migration while documenting all essential procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support users and manage incident reports efficiently
• Install and validate services for clinical and administrative applications
• Document configurations and update support tickets regularly
• Assist in device provisioning and audiovisual equipment maintenance
• Ensure connectivity and proper functioning of network components
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience as a computer technician
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and network administration
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Familiarity with Citrix and VMware working environments
