This role requires more than 5 years in application support, focusing on equities trading platforms. You will interact directly with traders while managing production support and incident resolution. Your proficiency in tools like Docker, SQL, and scripting is key for optimizing operations and automating tasks, ensuring stability and performance of trading applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential support for equity trading applications
• Interact with traders to handle requests and incidents
• Monitor and report on application performance
• Implement root cause analysis and recommend improvements
• Utilize scripting to automate and streamline processes
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in IT Operations or SRE
• Strong understanding of equity markets and instruments
• Proficiency in SQL, UNIX/Linux, and scripting languages
• Experience with monitoring frameworks like ELK
• Preferred degree in Computer Science
