Lead AI governance initiatives at CBC/Radio-Canada as the Director of AI Governance and Adoption. This hybrid role focuses on responsible AI integration and organizational literacy.
In this permanent position, you will shape the enterprise AI governance framework and facilitate the responsible adoption of AI technologies. Candidates must possess strong leadership and strategic skills with a proven track record in technology risk management and corporate governance. The successful candidate will oversee the development of policies and best practices while ensuring compliance across all business units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define corporate AI policies across business units
• Facilitate audits of shadow AI tools and enforce safe usage
• Lead AI Usage Oversight and Steering Committees
• Develop training programs to boost AI literacy
• Direct re-engineering of workflows for AI integration
Requirements:
• 7+ years of technology leadership experience
• Proven expertise in enterprise AI governance
• Bilingual:
English and French skills required
• Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance
• Excellent communication for executive-level engagement
