* develop and maintain the organization's business architecture, including the mapping of capabilities, processes and information flows;
* align technology investments with strategic directions and organizational priorities;
* define target business models and prepare opportunity files to support decision-making;
* compare current and target architectures in order to establish gaps and trajectories of evolution;
* build and update transformation roadmaps;
* collaborate with solution architecture advisors and business analysts to ensure consistency of directions;
* participate in architectural governance bodies and contribute to portfolio management activities;
* model business domains using recognized frameworks and frameworks;
* produce required architecture deliverables, including views, scenarios, and traceability matrices;
* support digital transformation initiatives in a complex organizational context;
* make recommendations to optimize the alignment between business needs, processes and technological solutions.the profile sought is as follows:
* hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, administration or a related discipline;
* have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information technology;
* perform a role in business architecture or enterprise architecture for a minimum of five (5) years;
* carry out architectural modeling mandates using togaf, archimate or comparable approaches;
* participate in digital transformation initiatives in complex and multidimensional environments;
* be proficient in at least one of the following frameworks: togaf, archimate, or cobit;
* model business capabilities, organizational processes and information flows;
* produce strategic analyses and business cases;
* ensure alignment between strategy, architecture and technologies;
* contribute to technology governance mechanisms and portfolio management activities;
* communicate effectively and popularize complex concepts to different audiences;
* a master's degree in business administration or enterprise architecture is an asset;
* evolve in the health or public safety sector, a major asset;
* knowledge of clinical and pre-hospital information systems is an asset;
* this position requires working primarily in french, while requiring a functional command of english for daily tasks.
