Cybersecurity has no shortage of billion dollar vendors. But it has a real shortage of teams that actually deliver the work behind them. CWS was built to fill that gap in the market. We're a young, but fast growing Montreal-based company built on a clear strategy: give resellers, distributors and technology vendors, some of the largest in the industry, the delivery bench they can't justify building in house.

We still don't have much brand recognition outside of our network, but what we do have is something much harder to earn: partners who keep coming back.

Now we're building what comes next. Corova, our services delivery platform, takes everything we've learned running a channel delivery business and turns it into something partners can tap into directly. It's early. Most of what it becomes hasn't been decided yet.

We're hiring a marketer who can write, really write, about cybersecurity, and who wants to build the content behind a platform launch rather than inherit someone else's. Content is the priority, and it comes first. You'll own the material that makes Corova and our security programs legible to the market, then help put it to work through the outbound motion sales leadership runs.

Content and brand authority

• The Corova content library: product content, user guides, onboarding and training material, feature explainers and release notes, including how it is structured, versioned and kept current.
• Case studies drawn from delivered engagements that a CISO, a channel VP and a reseller AE all find credible.
• The thought leadership layer: blog posts, POV pieces, partner playbooks and program explainers across our domains.
• A consistent voice for CWS and Corova across the site, Linked In and partner channels.

Sales collateral and enablement

• What our partners sell with: sales sheets, one pagers, technical briefs, ROI models, decks and battle cards.
• Co-branded enablement kits and campaign material partners take to market with CWS named as the delivery team.
• Work with our practitioners and field CISOs to turn technical delivery detail into content that closes deals.

Outbound and demand generation

• The outbound engine, stood up from scratch: ICP definition, target list building, enrichment and segmentation.
• Email sequences, nurture workflows and the reporting that shows what is working.
• Landing pages and conversion paths for campaigns and platform launches.
• Pipeline goals alongside sales, with funnel reporting end to end.

Events and webinars: medium term
Conferences, partner events, happy hours, lunch and learns and co-marketed webinars join the role once the content foundation and outbound engine are running.

• 2 to 5 years in content or B2B marketing, ideally technical, SaaS, or cybersecurity adjacent
• Exceptional writing. This is the most important qualification. You can take a technical security topic and write about it clearly for a technical audience. Writing samples are part of the application.
• Comfort working fast with AI tools for research, drafting, and iteration. This team runs on Claude day to day, you will too.
• A builder's instinct. You would rather ship a working first version than wait for a perfect one.
• Based in Canada, Quebec based strongly preferred.

• Existing fluency in cybersecurity or adjacent infrastructure
• Experience structuring a content library or knowledge base from scratch, not just producing one off pieces
• Design fluency in Figma or Canva
• Familiarity with partner and channel ecosystems: VARs, distributors, MSPs
• Some exposure to marketing automation or CRM tooling such as Hub Spot or Salesforce. Not required, we already run our CRM.
