Location: Montreal (administrative region)
Become a Service Desk Technician, providing top-notch technical support through phone, email, and web interface. Diagnose issues and support clients with Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for L2 troubleshooting and assisting clients with hardware and software problems. Keyly, you will support applications like Google Corporate Mail and Lotus Notes while identifying urgent issues. Your expertise in various systems will ensure efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer technical assistance requests via phone and email
• Provide L2 troubleshooting for remote connectivity issues
• Diagnose hardware and software problems effectively
• Support applications across multiple platforms, including mobile
• Help Desk Side Support Teams with hands-on client assistance
Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of Windows, Mac, and mobile systems
• Functional understanding of ITIL frameworks
• Strong communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to log all interactions accurately
• Skilled in identifying and escalating urgent issues
