** Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:*
* • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business transformation initiatives related to PLM, MES, and Model Based Enterprise solutions;

• Establish roadmaps, governance models, and multi-release delivery plans involving engineering, manufacturing, quality, information technology, and vendor partners;

• Ensure cross-functional alignment between business objectives, business processes, engineering practices, and enterprise architecture;

• Coordinate multiple agile or hybrid delivery flows by promoting solution demonstrations and continuous stakeholder validation;

• Identify risks, manage interdependencies and drive the proactive resolution of issues related to manufacturing and digital environments;

• Transform legacy processes into integrated digital workflows to improve operational efficiency;

• Orchestrate the evolution towards model-centric engineering based on 3D models, digital twins, and structured engineering data;

• Perform mapping of the current and future states of PLM, MES and MBE architectures in order to support the objectives of the digital thread;

• Promote automation, process modernization and data-driven operating models to increase traceability, compliance and performance;

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define integration models between PLM, MES, ERP and IIoT platforms;

• Ensure alignment of engineering data structures, manufacturing workflows, BOM configurations, revision management rules, and MBE standards;

• Oversee the integration of APIs, data services, digital work instructions, and cloud or on-premise components;

• Support the implementation of the digital thread by promoting the exploitation of structured data and CAD/MBE standards;

• Act as a point of coordination between business stakeholders, technology teams, and PLM and MES solution providers;

• Manage supplier deliverables as part of modernization and digital transformation programs;

• Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and executive presentations;

• Oversee functional testing and user acceptance activities by prioritizing and tracking anomalies;

• Ensure operational readiness through training, change management and handover to support teams;

• Define performance indicators, adoption metrics, and mechanisms for continuous improvement of digital processes.

** The profile we are looking for is as follows:*
* • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of manufacturing transformation programs or projects with several technical and operational components;

• Proficient in project governance, milestone management, roadmap development and multi-stakeholder coordination;

• Experience implementing manufacturing solutions, PLM platforms, MES systems, or model-centric environments;

• Understand modernization approaches that enable the transition from document processes to automated, data-driven digital workflows;

• Understand PLM data structures, MES processes, engineering changes, BOM/BOP logic, and thread principles;

• Knowledge of PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Enovia or Windchill;

• Have knowledge of MES platforms such as Apriso, Ignition or SAP ME/MII;

• Master concepts related to MBE ecosystems and CAD environments;

• Demonstrate the ability to translate business requirements, engineering models, and manufacturing needs into execution drawings, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data specifications;

• Exercise mobilizing leadership with business, technical and executive stakeholders;

• Communicate effectively by simplifying complex technical issues with a variety of audiences;

• Be bilingual in French and English.
