Location: Montreal
Lead AI Analyst, AI team of a major bank, Montreal (hybrid)
Within the AI factory of a major Canadian bank, turn business needs into functional requirements for AI systems, including generative AI, and follow them into production. Permanent role with Abbeal, Montreal hybrid.
The AI team of a major Canadian bank builds and runs artificial intelligence systems, generative AI included, that directly serve its business lines. They need a lead analyst who can bridge business teams and developers.
What you will do- Understand and challenge business needs, then turn them into functional requirements and user stories
- Write and validate detailed functional analyses
- Run functional testing and support the test team
- Diagnose and solve issues, coach junior analysts
- At least 5 years as an analyst, with hands-on experience on deployed AI systems
- Python, SQL and AI libraries, Atlassian suite, agile practice
- Nice to have: AWS certifications, infrastructure as code
- French and English required
- Montreal, hybrid, 2 days a week in the office
- Permanent contract with Abbeal, 12-month renewable assignment at the client
