The Financial Systems Analyst supports Oracle financial systems (11i, R12, and Cloud) and plays a key role in the implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimization of financial systems and processes across multiple regions. In this role, you will:
* Partner in systems/operational processes for global finance colleagues for Oracle Cloud.
* Weekly meetings with one's manager to provide support for the resolution of problems or to discuss problematic issues.
* Ongoing weekly meetings with regions to provide support after implementation of integrated management software (Oracle Cloud).
* Discuss accounting and technical matters linked with the users of Oracle Cloud.
* Carry out timely audits to assess the utilization of Oracle Cloud systems.
* Work with CAE's internal stakeholders to enable data management for effective analysis and monitoring.
* Continuous improvement of routine processes linked with Oracle Cloud.
* Use digital tools and methodology to improve the operational efficiency of financial processes (Power BI, Sharepoint, Microsoft Co-pilot, Dev Ops).
** Minimum qualifications
*** Bachelors in accounting, finance or a related field.
* Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
* Experience with Oracle Cloud.
** Preferred qualifications
*** CPA or CFA.
* Experience with Oracle R12 and 11i.
* Customer service-oriented.
* Ability to communicate effectively.
* Bilingual (French and English).
