We are seeking a new talent to join the SAP Software Engineering team.

• Lead end-to-end SAP TM / Event Management functional design and implementation, including configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support
• Own process design in areas like Transportation planning, Freight order management, Carrier collaboration, Freight costing & settlement, Execution & monitoring
• Facilitate and lead client discovery and design workshops, translating business requirements into SAP TM , Event Management functional solutions
• Collaborate with SAP FI, MM, SD, QM, and Finance teams to ensure end-to-end integration across the supply chain
• As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
• You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing influencing and advisory skills.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance software solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management is required.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Event Management including configuration and business process design
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP TM or logistics implementations in complex client environments
• Ability to lead client workshops and influence senior stakeholders in a structured, consultative manner
• Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
• Eligibility for Secret Security clearance is required
