QA-UAT

Requirements

Required:

• Test case design based on functional requirements documentation
• Execution of functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), validation of results against expected outcomes, and documentation
• UAT certification across the three levels: vendor-delivered package functionalities, business cases, and business processes
• Defect management: logging, tracking, and retesting after fixes
• Collaboration with stakeholders during test execution
• Recommendation for approval to the Product Owner (PO) for production deployment
• Experience in individual insurance / personal insurance (individual insurance, traditional life insurance, critical illness, underwriting)

• Profile mentioning test automation (scripts, automation frameworks) without demonstrated execution of business acceptance tests.
• Profile mentioning technical testing (API, integration, performance) without demonstrated certification of business cases or processes.
• Business analyst profile whose experience revolves around writing requirements, without demonstrated design or execution of test plans.
• Profile whose UAT experience is limited to executing scenarios provided by a third party, without demonstrated writing of test plans.
• Profile with less than 8 years of experience in testing or quality assurance.
