Elevate your marketing expertise with Connect 4 as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Focus on paid media, analytics, and campaign operations while engaging with financial markets across Canada, the US, and DACH.

This early-career role targets professionals with 2-4 years of digital marketing experience. You will manage advertising budgets, run Google Ads campaigns, and handle tracking and reporting analysis for clients. Collaboration with the landing page team and organization through Asana are key aspects of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing budgets from 70k to 500k

• Set up and manage Google Ads accounts across platforms

• Build and maintain tracking in GA4 and Google Tag Manager

• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities

• Produce detailed ad performance reports for clients

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in digital marketing or paid media

• Knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager

• Familiarity with Word Press and Webflow

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Highly organized with good communication abilities
