As a Manager or Senior Manager within EY's Corporate, Commercial, and SME Banking practice, your expertise will guide banking clients through modernization efforts. You'll leverage technology to drive innovative solutions, working closely with stakeholders to define future-state operating models and streamline business capabilities.
Your role will directly impact client success in their digital and technology transformations, optimizing processes and ensuring sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead transformation projects for financial services clients
• Identify digitization and automation opportunities
• Support design of future-state technology architectures
• Oversee core banking and platform modernization initiatives
• Contribute to business development and client proposals
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years for Manager, 10+ years for Senior Manager
• Experience with large-scale tech implementations
• Strong understanding of banking technology ecosystems
• Proficiency in English and French required
