Make an impact within Digital Solutions as a Project Manager focused on ERP projects. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for planning and leading ERP implementation, optimization and transformation projects from discovery and design through to deployment, adoption and stabilization. • Manage the organization and delivery of key ERP client projects; ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to scope, quality and business outcomes
• Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, integration, optimization and business transformation initiatives across finance, operations, supply chain, reporting and related business platform areas
• Apply appropriate project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches, based on project complexity, client environment and ERP implementation needs
• Facilitate project ceremonies and governance routines, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, status meetings, steering committee updates, sprint reviews and retrospectives, where applicable
• Support clients and project teams through ERP discovery, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
• Manage assigned budgets, project financials, resource plans and regular reporting on budget burn down, profitability and overall delivery health
• Perform risk and issue management to identify, document, evaluate, mitigate, escalate and communicate project risks, decisions, dependencies and blockers
• Coordinate internal resources, client stakeholders and third‑party vendors to support effective execution of ERP project deliverables
• Develop project scopes, objectives, workplans and governance structures while involving relevant stakeholders and confirming business, technical and operational feasibility
• Ensure resource availability, allocation and alignment across functional consultants, technical consultants, client subject matter experts and implementation partners
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables and status reporting to track progress and support transparent communication
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, cost and business requirements
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, including ERP implementation trackers, RAID logs, status reports and project dashboards
• Monitor project timelines against targets and adjust where necessary; advise management and client stakeholders of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies, where applicable
