TCS is seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support Engineer with senior-level End User Computing experience. You will leverage your expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) while ensuring effective application support for tools like Microsoft Office 365. The role also involves infrastructure knowledge and IT service management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide desktop support for Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions
• Support Microsoft Office 365 applications effectively
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity and printing services
• Implement change management and service transition support
Requirements:
• Senior desktop support experience required
• Strong skills with SCCM/MECM and Active Directory
• Familiarity with Citrix and VMware technologies
• Expertise in endpoint security protocols
• Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator certification preferred
Deliver essential support to enhance client experiences at TCS.
