Coke Canada Bottling is seeking an IT Support Technician for on-site support at its Lachine facility. This role focuses on resolving IT/OT issues and improving operational efficiency.
Join Coke Canada Bottling’s IT team, where you will be a key resource for technical support at the Lachine manufacturing facility. The position requires a strong background in IT and OT systems, ensuring smooth operations through effective troubleshooting and hardware management. As a technician, your contributions will help enhance system performance and communication within various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve manufacturing-related IT and operational technology issues
• Maintain communication with stakeholders about network activities
• Provide on-site support for IT hardware and software
• Act as escalation point for facility IT issues
• Document and maintain technical resources for OT systems
Requirements:
• College diploma in Information Technology required
• Minimum 5 years of IT work experience
• Expertise in OT network systems support
• Strong communication skills in French and English
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
