Location: Montreal (administrative region)
Elevate your career as a Senior Oracle Solution Delivery Manager overseeing post-implementation support s role focuses on client relationships, service quality, and operational excellence.
In this position, you will manage Oracle Cloud services while ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will drive incident resolution, enhancement requests, and continuous improvements in client operations. You'll work closely with technical teams and lead governance efforts to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Oracle Cloud services in support mode
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee major incident management processes
• Lead operational governance and committee meetings
• Coordinate functional and offshore support teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Proven experience in Oracle managed services
• Expertise in SLA/KPI tracking and operational management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
