Coke Canada Bottling is seeking an IT Support Technician for our Lachine facility. This on-site role requires expertise in IT operations, OT network systems, and manufacturing support.
As a member of our Information Technology team, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our technical systems. Your 5+ years in IT, along with a focus on OT network systems, will be essential for resolving issues and improving operational performance. You'll interact directly with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and robust support across all manufacturing technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve IT/OT issues at the production facility
• Communicate regularly with department heads and users
• Provide on-site support for hardware and software
• Serve as primary escalation point for technical issues
• Assist with compliance efforts and audits related to OT systems
Requirements:
• College diploma or Bachelor's in IT or related field
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, 3+ in OT systems
• Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure and security
• Strong communication skills, bilingual in French and English
• Willingness to travel to other sites as needed
