Begin your IT career with La Vie en Rose as an IT Support Intern. Help improve operational continuity through effective software and hardware support in a collaborative team environment.
Under the guidance of the Technical Support Manager, you will assist the IT support team, providing foundational support to stores and users. This temporary full-time role emphasizes your technical curiosity and collaborative spirit as you participate in various IT projects and manage incidents through the ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide software and hardware support to employees
• Configure workstations, printers, and other peripherals
• Document interventions in the Service Now system
• Maintain IT hardware and software inventory
• Participate in IT projects for store operations
Requirements:
• Ongoing or completed degree in Computer Science
• Bilingual in French and English
• Familiarity with Windows environments and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
• Understanding of network protocols and management
