• Provide support for end-user devices including desktops and laptops

• Install and troubleshoot various operating systems and peripherals

• Manage incident resolution and service requests effectively

• Conduct testing and assessments for end-user devices

• Set up video conferencing technologies and support familiarization training

Requirements:

• Experience in desktop support for Windows and macOS environments

• Proficiency in managing service request queues

• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills

• Familiarity with Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

• Excellent communication skills for training users
