Techso is looking for a 3
DEXPERIENCE Dev Ops Specialist to contribute to technology projects for clients across Canada.
In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, administering, and maintaining 3
DEXPERIENCE platforms to ensure their operational reliability. You will work across both the underlying infrastructure and application environments to ensure platform availability, performance, and stability. You will also contribute to operational automation and technical incident resolution, working closely with PLM teams and clients.

What You'll Do
Depending on the projects assigned to you, your responsibilities may include:
- Deploy, configure, migrate, and maintain 3
DEXPERIENCE environments in collaboration with PLM teams and clients; - Monitor environments, analyze alerts and error logs, identify root causes, and resolve technical incidents related to systems, networks, databases, or 3
DEXPERIENCE deployments; - Support the deployment of 3
DEXPERIENCE customizations and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues, regressions, or deployment blockers; - Administer and optimize the underlying infrastructure (Linux, Windows, cloud, virtualization) to ensure platform availability and performance;
- Automate deployments, configurations, and updates using Dev Ops tools (Ansible, Git, Bash/Power Shell scripts);
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical infrastructure and the optimization of application performance;
- Create and maintain technical documentation and lead knowledge transfer sessions;
- Ensure solutions are delivered in accordance with quality and security requirements and agreed-upon timelines.
What We're Looking For
You have:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- At least 3 years of experience in PLM platform administration;
- Strong knowledge of 3
DEXPERIENCE architecture and services, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, databases, application servers, and integrations; - Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to analyze complex logs, interpret monitoring alerts, and diagnose end-to-end issues across infrastructure, networks, applications, and deployments;
- Proficiency in Linux environments (Oracle Linux, RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows Server;
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Ansible, Terraform, Bash/Power Shell scripts);
- The ability to work effectively in demanding and constantly evolving operational environments;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team-oriented mindset, and a solution-focused approach;
- The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English.
