Lead projects with impact as a Senior Project Manager in a dynamic delivery environment. This role emphasizes agile facilitation and traditional project management for multi-year projects.
The client seeks an experienced professional for senior project management, acting as an RTE. You'll coordinate multiple teams through PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos. Your focus will be on measuring flow efficiency and making informed decisions based on project metrics, bridging business and IT components effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums across teams
• Manage project capacity, costs, and schedules
• Measure flow efficiency and predictability of project increments
• Utilize AI tools like Git Hub Copilot for report automation
• Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Experience in RTE roles with scaled agile facilitation
• Knowledge of IT and Azure Dev Ops
• Understanding of the insurance sector
• Leadership skills and team coaching abilities
• Familiarity with performance metrics and dashboards
