About the opportunity
Opticca Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring highly skilled professionals across Microsoft Azure, Red Hat, Open Shift, Kubernetes, Linux, Dev Ops, Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud Engineering disciplines.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will partner closely with technical leadership and hiring managers to identify top talent for consulting engagements ranging from solution architects to cloud engineers and managed services professionals.
The successful candidate understands the technical differences between various cloud and infrastructure roles and has an established network within the Microsoft and Red Hat ecosystems.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to recruit for niche technical positions in a competitive market.
You can expect to
Full-cycle technical recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition through offer acceptance.
Partner with technical hiring managers to understand project requirements and desired skill sets.
Develop sourcing strategies for highly specialized technical roles.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct recruiter screenings to assess technical alignment, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interviews and hiring panels.
Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
