ERP Implementation Specialist - Sage & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
We are looking for an ERP Implementation Specialist to join a growing team supporting clients across Sage and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central . This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses operate, solving ERP-related challenges, and working directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
The role combines ERP support, implementation, system upgrades, business analysis, and client consulting . You will help bring structure to a growing and evolving environment while supporting integration work across the ERP landscape.
Senior consultants will remain available to provide guidance and support on more complex technical matters, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day work while having experienced resources to lean on.
Responsibilities
Support ERP implementation and integration initiatives involving Sage and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Assist with system upgrades and ongoing ERP improvements.
Triage incoming requests, investigate issues, and resolve straightforward problems independently.
Escalate more complex technical issues to senior consultants when required.
Understand and document business processes and requirements .
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into practical ERP/system solutions.
Support business processes related to acquisitions and integration activities .
Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs, resolve issues, and support successful outcomes.
Act as a client-facing consultant with professionalism, credibility, and strong communication skills.
Help bring structure, organization, and best practices to an evolving environment.
Contribute to the continued development of standards and best practices within a growing ERP practice.
Potentially interact with C-level executives and senior leadership , requiring confidence and professionalism in challenging conversations and situations.
What We're Looking For
Strong experience working with Sage ; Sage 300 experience is a major asset .
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .
Experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or system support .
Strong understanding of business processes and how they connect to ERP systems.
Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client-facing presence and the ability to work professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Comfortable handling challenging conversations or situations with professionalism.
Self-motivated, organized, rigorous, and able to work independently.
Bilingual in French and English .
This position requires the daily use of fluent English for international interactions .
Valuable Additional Experience
Experience in any of the following areas would be a strong asset:
Finance & Accounting
Finance experience.
General understanding of financial processes.
Warehouse & Distribution
Warehouse experience.
Understanding of workflows supporting warehouse and distribution operations.
ERP & Business Processes
Strong understanding of the business workflows behind ERP systems.
Experience translating business processes into ERP/system requirements.
