Join Experlogix as a Program Manager to enhance Agile operations and process improvements across Product and Engineering. This hybrid role requires strong collaboration and leadership to optimize delivery predictability.
As a Program Manager, you will actively support planning, backlog readiness, and delivery governance in a highly collaborative environment. This position requires a process-oriented mindset and expertise in facilitating Agile methodologies while managing cross-functional teams.
Your role will significantly impact operational excellence across multiple product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance planning quality
• Facilitate planning activities such as backlog and release planning
• Track project dependencies, risks, and communicate status updates
• Maintain delivery dashboards and KPI reporting using Jira
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced team effectiveness
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Program Management or Agile Delivery Management
• Experience with Agile frameworks and software development
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
• Proficient in Jira and Agile tools
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
