As a Business Analyst in the HR Data & Intelligence team, you will collaborate with HR, technology, and business leaders.

Your role centers on translating business needs into functional HR solutions while enhancing data quality and reporting accuracy. This director-level position requires a deep understanding of HR processes and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions

• Partner with teams to enhance HR systems and data capabilities

• Analyze and improve workforce data quality and reporting

• Support system implementations and change initiatives

• Develop reports and dashboards for operational needs

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in HRIS or similar roles

• Familiarity with Workday or HRIS platforms

• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills

• Understanding of HR processes and employee data

• Experience in reporting or dashboard development
