Lead and enhance network infrastructure for Dollarama as a Technical Network Manager in Montreal, offering a hybrid work schedule. Oversee operations in Canada and Australia while ensuring high network performance and security.
This role reports to the Director of IT Infrastructure and involves managing a team of eight network professionals. You will be responsible for continuous improvement, reliability, and scalability of the organization’s enterprise network. Key skills include network deployment, vendor management, and strong technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Canada and Australia Network Operations team
• Ensure high availability and performance of network services
• Oversee network deployments for retail locations
• Define network standards and improve processes
• Manage relationships with telecommunications providers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of eight years in network engineering
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies
• Strong knowledge of network security and design
• Effective communication in English and French
