Lightspeed is seeking an experienced Executive for the hybrid position of Senior Director, Enterprise Data & Governance in Montreal, Canada. Drive transformational data strategies and governance initiatives to optimize data assets.

You will serve as the chief architect of the corporate data strategy, working closely with global teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance. Your expertise in Master Data Management and advanced analytics will be essential in promoting an agile data culture. The role involves significant collaboration with business leaders to align data initiatives with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee enterprise data strategy execution with C-suite

• Lead the design of data roadmaps aligned with business needs

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance policies

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in senior data roles
