Customer Experience Consultant – Campus Introduction  We design, implement, and optimize Cisco technology to solve real-world business problems. We translate complex requirements into technical architectures that drive results. Who You’ll Work With  We partner with customers, sales teams, and engineering groups to deliver comprehensive solutions. We work alongside internal and external partners to deploy Cisco services, maintaining direct relationships with technical staff and management to keep projects on track. We bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy to ensure our clients succeed.
What You’ll Do  We solve technical challenges and lead delivery projects from start to finish. We create design plans, write scripts for automation, and build simulations to test system compatibility. Beyond technical implementation, we share knowledge, mentor team members, and provide consulting recommendations to help clients navigate their own technology transitions. We act as a primary point of contact for technical resolution, ensuring that complex problems are addressed quickly and effectively!

We also standardize our methods to improve future delivery across the practice.

Minimum Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with 5–8 years of relevant work experience. Bilingual Fluency Canadian French + English

Preferred Qualifications  Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), Cisco hardware (Catalyst, ISR/ASR), and network virtualization.
Automation:
Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and REST APIs to streamline network operations.
Modern Networking:

Experience with SD-Access, security integration, and model-driven telemetry.
Consulting:
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to manage ambiguous situations and build lasting customer relationships.
