Drive impactful enhancements as a Functional Analyst for Oracle HCM us on HRMS, payroll, and financial solutions to support business growth.
Stantec is focused on continuous improvement and is looking for a skilled Oracle Functional Analyst. You will provide expertise in implementing Oracle HCM and Taleo solutions, ensuring best practices are followed. This role plays a critical part in service delivery, testing, and integration activities for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incidents and service interruptions efficiently
• Support HR implementations with functional guidance
• Participate in solution design and system configuration
• Facilitate testing and issue resolution, developing cases
• Collaborate with technical analysts for escalated issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and QA testing
• Understanding of functional configurations and ITIL principles
