Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of engineers in Level 3 support functions
• Design and continuously improve backup and storage systems
• Monitor compliance with security standards and procedures
• Engage in diagnostics and troubleshooting for complex systems
• Participate actively in knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements:
• Proficiency in block storage and backup technologies
• In-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
