Transform Plusgrade's product decisions as a Senior Product Manager in Product Intelligence. Craft predictive analytics to tailor every traveler’s experience effectively.
In this pivotal role, you will direct the Product Intelligence roadmap's strategy and execution. You will implement complex data engineering solutions, enabling teams to make informed decisions. Partner with Data Science and Engineering to create tools that convert insights into significant revenue streams through enhanced customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement the Product Intelligence roadmap
• Build infrastructure for effective experimentation
• Develop internal and external-facing product features
• Manage evaluations for AI capabilities to pinpoint quality
• Quickly resolve gaps in experimentation processes
Requirements:
• Experience in developing analytics or data platforms
• Proficient in SQL and creating dashboards independently
• Capacity to discern useful metrics from irrelevant data
• Skills in automating AI-related workflows
• Strong communicator dedicated to empowering teams
