Chief Cloud Application Analyst

Location: Montreal

Lead a strategic cloud platform in Montreal with application management, business analysis, and integration expertise at National Bank. Work in a hybrid environment with flexible scheduling.
As Chief Application Analyst within IT Delivery – Finance, you will be the reference for a solution serving several Bank sectors. You will understand processes, data, application interactions, and user needs. Your recommendations will support sustainable, scalable platform evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, secure, stabilize, and evolve the strategic cloud platform
Advise users and recommend platform best practices
Prioritize requests and define changes with the Product Owner
Govern access, configurations, work spaces, controls, and user standards
Coordinate incidents, upgrades, integrations, and application changes
Requirements:
Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Experience managing and evolving shared business applications
Experience analyzing needs and coordinating application developments
Understanding of processes, application interactions, and data integrations
Strong communication, collaboration, analysis, and influential leadership skills
