HR Analytics Team Lead

Location: Montreal

Lead HR analytics strategy at BRP by guiding multidisciplinary teams across data, business intelligence, and People Analytics capabilities. Shape reliable solutions for workforce decisions.
As Team Lead, Data & Analytics, you establish the HR analytics vision and roadmap within IT, partnering closely with HR and business leaders. You transform ambiguous challenges into use cases, requirements, and delivery priorities. Your work advances reporting toward diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, engage, and develop multidisciplinary data and analytics teams
Define HR analytics roadmaps aligned with business priorities
Manage reports, dashboards, datasets, applications, and analytics products
Present recommendations and support analytics solution adoption
Protect sensitive HR data through responsible governance practices
Requirements:
Seven or more years in HR analytics or related fields
Human Resources, analytics, computer science, or related degree
Strong knowledge of talent, performance, compensation, and workforce planning

Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and related technologies
Ability to work effectively in English and French
Bring strategic thinking, influential leadership, and HR data expertise to advance trusted analytics capabilities at BRP.
