As a Construction Technology Consultant, you will translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions. You will manage roadmaps, gather requirements, and support implementations across projects, regions, business units, and operational functions. Your work connects project teams, IT, Data & Analytics, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and optimize core construction technology platforms
Own domain roadmaps, backlogs, workflows, and reporting requirements
Gather requirements and communicate priorities, trade-offs, and sequencing
Support implementation life cycles with guidance and issue resolution
Coordinate requirements with software selection and vendor teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Four-plus years in construction technology or digital transformation
Understanding of preconstruction, design management, and project delivery
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or Fieldwire
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Apply construction operations knowledge, platform implementation, and stakeholder collaboration to advance Ellis Don's technology capabilities.
