Support Advisors in Montreal through bilingual French and English service desk assistance, troubleshooting everyday IT issues by phone with calm, clear communication.
This contract role is for a Bilingual ATS Service Desk Specialist II supporting Advisors, Assistants, and Multi-Advisor Corporations. You will address simple and complex IT problems while helping clients reach efficient resolutions. The work requires call centre or technical support experience, strong troubleshooting, and customer-focused communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer calls from the Advisor community
- Listen carefully to understand reported IT problems
- Ask clear questions to identify appropriate solutions
- Use the Knowledgebase and experience to resolve client issues
- Explain technical information clearly and simply
- Minimum one year in call centre or technical support
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English
- Strong de-escalation skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and white-glove customer service mindset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
