As a Bilingual Merchant Support Specialist, you will answer customer service and technical support calls from merchants. You will use documentation, investigate solutions, and resolve requests accurately. This position requires a tech-savvy professional available for 24/7 shifts.

• Answer inbound merchant customer service and technical support calls
• Use documentation and support resources for precise assistance
• Resolve critical or difficult situations with professionalism and tact
