This Level 2/3 role involves managing real-time operations with an emphasis on accountability and efficiency. You will support market data applications, perform technical troubleshooting, and collaboratively establish operational procedures. Building relationships with service personnel and external vendors will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the key point of contact for Market Data issues
• Resolve issues independently with minimal escalation
• Maintain efficiency in call queue handling
• Collaborate to create and document best practices
• Develop thorough run-books for team training
Requirements:
• 3+ years in an Application Support role
• 2+ years on Unix/Linux platforms
• Strong Unix shell scripting skills
• Familiarity with real-time messaging technologies
• Proficient in network diagnostics
