Administrez Jira et Confluence pour Ubisoft Montréal, en vous appuyant sur l’automatisation et le dépannage. Le poste s’exerce cinq jours par semaine sur site.
Comme administrateur Jira et Confluence, vous gérez Jira Software, Jira Service Management et Confluence pour de nombreux utilisateurs. Vous contribuez à la migration d’Atlassian Data Center vers Atlassian Cloud, tout en soutenant les équipes de production et de services. Vous améliorez les flux de travail, les processus de demandes et la fiabilité des plateformes.
Responsabilités clés:- Administrer projets, espaces, flux, écrans, types et permissions
- Surveiller la santé, les performances et la disponibilité des plateformes
- Configurer Jira Automation et maintenir les intégrations
- Réaliser tests, validations et soutien après migration
- Fournir soutien technique, formation et documentation aux équipes
- Expérience avec Jira Software, Jira Service Management et Confluence
- Expérience dans une organisation comptant de nombreux utilisateurs
- Maîtrise des flux, automatisations et schémas de permissions
- Français et anglais pour soutenir les équipes montréalaises et mondiales
- Certification Atlassian Certified Professional considérée comme un atout
