Manage global file-sharing services at Ubisoft Montréal using storage operations expertise, automation, and production troubleshooting across distributed teams.
As a Storage Administrator in Saint-Laurent, you will support data-archiving platforms and storage infrastructure. You will collaborate online with teammates in Germany, China, and France. The full-time position focuses on reliable services, user support, and practical storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain stability, availability, and performance of global file-sharing services
- Respond to major incidents and coordinate troubleshooting efforts
- Handle quotas, permissions, migrations, and shared-storage requests
- Monitor service health, capacity, infrastructure, and hardware
- Develop automation for recurring operational tasks and standard processes
- Practical storage operations experience supporting production environments
- Automation skills with Python, Ansible, Git, Power Shell, shell scripting, and Terraform
- Enterprise and cloud storage administration knowledge, including Ceph
- Windows Server, Distributed File System, and Rocky Linux experience
- Knowledge of networking, virtualization, Active Directory, SMB, NFS, backups, and archiving
Support Ubisoft storage services through automation, incident response, infrastructure monitoring, and clear cross-team collaboration.
