Lead enterprise platform sales across Canada with executive engagement, technical fluency, and a flexible Vancouver or Toronto work model.
Workday is building a specialized sales team for platform, data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and extensibility solutions. As Regional Sales Director, Platform, you will lead specialized Account Executives selling to CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT leaders. The team helps customers modernize technology strategies and align innovation roadmaps with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and mentor specialized field Account Executives
- Orchestrate complex platform sales cycles exceeding $500K ARR
- Oversee artificial intelligence and platform Statements of Work
- Maintain forecasting data and business modeling for leadership
- Guide co-selling with AWS, GCP, and global system integrators
- 8+ years selling cloud, software as a service, enterprise resource planning, or analytics solutions
- 8+ years managing complex sales cycles through successful revenue attainment
- 5+ years leading teams in selling environments
- Technical credibility in cloud, data, security, and artificial intelligence
- Experience engaging Office of the CIO or CTO leaders
