Change Management Lead

Position: Employee Experience Change Management Lead
Location: Ahuntsic North

Lead Workday change management and employee communications for FCM through a primarily virtual, hybrid role near Ottawa. Coordinate training and adoption across enterprise systems.
As Employee Experience Lead, you will support Workday implementation and post-go-live adoption across systems and processes. The 12-month term role combines change management, communications, training coordination, and employee experience improvements. You will collaborate with ERP, IT, People and Culture, and Finance stakeholders to make transitions clear and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise systems change activities and readiness assessments
Track adoption metrics and close implementation gaps
Develop newsletters, FAQs, intranet updates, and communications calendars
Design and facilitate ERP training sessions and learning resources
Improve employee lifecycle touchpoints through feedback and journey mapping
Requirements:
Four to six years in change management, training, or communications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Workday implementation and post-go-live support experience
Strong writing, facilitation, and coordination skills

Experience with Asana, SharePoint, and Teams
