Northbridge Insurance Underwriting Managers customize solutions for our commercial clients as well as lead and develop a team of underwriters. They work closely with our extensive broker network to develop unique solutions for all classes of risk.
They are committed to maintaining strong relationships with our broker partners and regularly schedule meetings with them to identify the right business opportunities to support profitable growth. This role is a good mix of managing a work team and providing operational support for larger accounts.

Key Responsibilities   Sales and negotiation
Coaching and mentoring
You have:
7+ years of underwriting experience
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Completed or pursuing your CIP or FCIP designation
Notable experience in underwriting Property and Casualty risks
