Travaillant pour une organisation de premier plan, vous garantirez un service client irréprochable, participerez à la négociation et à la gestion des contrats. Vous serez également chargé de collaborer avec un producteur sur les mises à jour et d’informer sur les tendances du marché.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fournir un service client exemplaire pour un portefeuille
• Participer aux renouvellements et modifications de contrats
• Collaborer étroitement avec un producteur pour le marketing
• Préparer et mettre à jour les dossiers contractuels
• Informer sur les tendances et opportunités du marché
Requirements:
• 4 ans d’expérience en assurance de dommages nécessaires
• Permis AMF en assurance des entreprises indispensable
• Compétences en anglais pour échanges internationaux
• Maîtrise des logiciels Excel, Word, Outlook
• Atout : DEC ou AEC en assurance
