Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries and maintain professional decorum
• Request and follow up on missing policy information

• Support EPIC invoicing processes effectively
• Create abeyances and follow up on outstanding items
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience
• AMF license required; must be willing to obtain RIBO
• Bilingual in French and English
• Comprehensive knowledge of Professional Lines insurance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
