In this full-time position, you will play a vital role within our Claims Management Team, drawing upon 3-10 years of multi-line claims experience. Your responsibilities will involve direct interaction with clients and a focus on ensuring claims progress smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate claims per authority guidelines

• Handle correspondence regarding insurance coverage

• Manage claims file integrity and negotiations

• Foster relationships with underwriting teams

• Attend industry-related meetings and events

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of experience with multi-line claims

• Background in commercial property and equipment breakdown preferred

• Guidewire experience is an asset

• Must be pursuing or hold a CIP, FCIP designation

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality required
